The Heidelberg Technology Park BioPark is based at two sites in Heidelberg. Im Neuenheimer Feld is the larger of the two with 40,000 m². Research, production and teaching are performed here in a multitude of different areas of expertise. The second BioPark site is at Czernyring, only a stone's throw from Im Neuenheimer Feld. Focused on pharmaceutical biotechnology, this site contributes a considerable amount to the scientific and economic productivity of the BioPark. Both sites are very much interdependent.
