Our Business Development Center (BDC) provides you with fully customizable, well-lit offices, BSL-2 labs, clean-room areas, a conference center, and coworking spaces.

As a tenant, you will benefit from the existing technical infrastructure and a dense network of experts that will help you accelerate the growth of your business.

A 360° tour of the BDC gives you a visual overview of the spaces and their equipment.

Customized and flexible, for creatives and achievers

Whether you are looking for a temporary working place, your own office, a workshop, a BSL-2 laboratory, or clean-room-compatible space, our multifunctional BDC provides you with the total flexibility you need to bring your ideas to fruition. A cafeteria with outdoor seating, conference rooms, and communal areas that encourage the sharing of ideas are also available.

As a tenant, you will benefit from the existing, state-of-the-art infrastructure
 

All services are ceiling-mounted, allowing you to quickly adapt your space according to your needs. Additional and specific equipment is to be supplied by the tenant. The subsequent removal of walls or installation of doors to enlarge or combine offices or laboratories is also possible.

Learn about the Heidelberg Technology Park and benefit from our experience

In addition to the rental space, every BDC tenant benefits from the Technology Park and Heidelberg Startup Partners network, which was established in 1984. We provide access to international researchers and companies to specifically assist tenants, start-ups, and techies interested in starting their own business.


The BDC also provides coworking offices to bring committed people together. Working places can be rented for a month, a week, or even on a daily basis – perfect for working on your business idea and discussing it with others.
