The Biotechnology Days 2021 will take place on 20th and 21st September 2021 in Stuttgart. Following the corona-related cancellation of the Biotechnology Days 2020 in Wiesbaden, the initial date in April 2021 had to be postponed until autumn. The German Biotechnology Days will be organised next year in Stuttgart by BioRegio STERN Management GmbH, under the joint responsibility of BIO Deutschland and the workgroup of the BioRegions. The partner region is the health network BioLAGO e.V. from Constance.
Since 2010, the organisers have been running the annual, two-day German Biotechnology Days (DBT) as a forum for the exchange of experience between all players on the German biotechnology scene. Since its inception, the event has grown continuously and has developed into the national biotechnology industry meeting for entrepreneurs, researchers and partners from politics, funding institutions and administration.
In plenary lectures, panel discussions and breakfast rounds, the conference will deal with the framework conditions and the various fields of application of biotechnology. The Heidelberg Technology Park will also be represented with a booth and organise a luncheon.
