AI startup Aleph Alpha receives seed funding of 5.3 million euros

Founded in 2019, AI startup Aleph Alpha receives €5.3 million in seed funding to research and develop the next generation of AI.

The so-called "Artificial General Intelligence" (AGI) is, in contrast to the current generations, use case agnostic and can be used in various application areas without explicit training. This results in new types of possible applications in the field of AI, which can be of utmost importance for a digital and sovereign Europe. Aleph Alpha's vision is a sovereign Europe in the field of Artificial Intelligence. The seed funding is led by leading German Tech VCs LEA Partners, 468 Capital and Caalry Ventures.

Thomas Prexl, Managing Director of Heidelberg Startup Partners congratulates the Heidelberg-based startup: "We are very pleased that Aleph Alpha has secured this seed funding and wish it every success!"
