Nucleus Biotech GmbH provides cutting edge reagents and services to life science researchers in academia and industry. To do so we are partnering closely with selected companies who offer such tools.
Our local collaboration with Heidelberg Biolabs enables the access to their BioliqX technology platform for analysis of picogram amounts of cell-free RNA in liquid biopsy samples by Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and qRT-PCR.
Further highly innovative NGS-based methods such as eSHAPE-seq for RNA Structure Probing, Hi-C Sequencing for 3-dimensional genome studies, and TCR/BCR-seq for Adaptive Immune Receptor Profiling are made available by our partnerships with US-based companies Eclipse BioInnovation, Phase Genomics, and Cellecta.
Cellecta as well as transOMIC and Synbio Technologies are our resources for offering the newest lentiviral screening tools based on Genetic Barcoding, CRISPR, RNAi and Overexpression libraries and clone collections.

Cytion is a leading provider of authenticated cell cultures and supports research teams worldwide. Our focus is on the production and distribution of high quality human and animal cell lines for research and development in biotechnology.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time, permanent technical assistant or laboratory technician (BTA/CTA/PTA) with experience in cell culture from 01.08.2025.
Your tasks
- Production of cell lines and related products
- Support in the execution of service orders on behalf of customers
- General laboratory tasks
What you bring with you
- Training as a technical assistant / laboratory technician (BTA/CTA/PTA) (m/f/d) or a related degree is desirable
- You work independently and are characterized by a detailed working method
- Knowledge of cell culture technology is desirable
