Room for meetings and seminars -
You will find the Conference Center on the 2nd floor of the Technology Park
Our TP Conference Center in the Heidelberg Technology Park offers a special setting for your events - Meetings in the middle of the "Neuenheimer Feld" science campus. The conference rooms can be flexibly combined and have modern equipment and technology. They are air-conditioned with a view of the campus.
In the hallway there is room for breaks, receptions and smaller exhibitions. A catering service or the caterer of your choice will serve the guests.

You can book the rooms half day or full day
The rooms of the Conference Center can be rented half day or full day. A rental period until or after 13:00 is considered half-day. For a rental period that begins before 1 p.m. and ends after 1 p.m., a full day is always charged.

At our latest location, the Business Development Center Heidelberg, we offer the suitable rooms for your event. The new building has space: Do you need rooms for a short meeting or require a room for an event for several days? We will find the right package for you.
Around the BDC HD, the Heidelberg Innovation Park (hip) is emerging as a campus for creators, entrepreneurs, and young companies.
The foyer provides space for breaks, receptions, and smaller exhibitions. Have the caterer of your choice serve you right there.
A 360° tour through the BDC gives you a visual overview of the facilities and their equipment.

Over 240 m² of space, we offer tenants, associated members, and external companies room for events, conferences, and presentations. With the latest communication technology and equipment, you'll make your event a success.
- Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
- We are happy to provide you with event technology.
- All prices are plus the applicable VAT.
- Please note: The rooms of the BDC Conference Center are standardly set up in cinema seating. We are happy to accommodate your seating preferences for an additional charge.

Any caterer of your choice can take over the catering in our house.
Special weekend regulations
Only in exceptional cases will the Conference Center in the BDC be staffed on weekends. Therefore a key is required for access on these days. This key must be collected in advance by the tenant. Upon receipt of the key, a deposit of 50,- Euro must be paid. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the key. In this case there will be no additional costs in addition to the rent.
If the presence of personnel is necessary, we charge a lump sum of 100,- Euro for the first hour. For each additional hour or part thereof, we charge an additional 50,- Euro.
When leaving the building the tenant has to take care that all used devices, as well as the light, are switched off. Windows and doors must be closed.
