Since our foundation in 1984, we have supported the foundation of new companies and their growth into successful companies. Conference Center
Room for meetings and seminars -
You will find the Conference Center on the 2nd floor of the Technology Park
Our TP Conference Center in the Heidelberg Technology Park offers a special setting for your events - Meetings in the middle of the "Neuenheimer Feld" science campus. The conference rooms can be flexibly combined and have modern equipment and technology. They are air-conditioned with a view of the campus.
In the hallway there is room for breaks, receptions and smaller exhibitions. A catering service or the caterer of your choice will serve the guests.

One big room or three small rooms?
You decide, we will prepare according to your wishes
Tenants, associated members and external companies can plan and hold their events, conferences and presentations on an area of more than 200 m² using state-of-the-art communication technology and equipment.

Prices
Our prices -
You can book the rooms half day or full day
The rooms of the Conference Center can be rented half day or full day. A rental period until or after 13:00 is considered half-day. For a rental period that begins before 1 p.m. and ends after 1 p.m., a full day is always charged.
Special weekend regulations
Only in exceptional cases will the Conference Center be staffed on weekends. Therefore a key is required for access on these days. This key must be collected in advance by the tenant. Upon receipt of the key, a deposit of 50,- Euro must be paid. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the key. In this case there will be no additional costs in addition to the rent.
If the presence of personnel is necessary, we charge a lump sum of 100,- Euro for the first hour. For each additional hour or part thereof, we charge an additional 50,- Euro.
When leaving the building the tenant has to take care that all used devices, as well as the light, are switched off. Windows and doors must be closed.

Catering for your guests can be arranged according to your individual needs and wishes - from coffee and conference drinks to an exclusive buffet, everything is possible. Please contact our catering partner at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) directly.
