On April 8–9, 2025, the German Biotechnology Days (DBT) took place in Heidelberg, bringing together key players from biotech, research, and industry across Germany. As part of the host region, the Technologiepark Heidelberg, in cooperation with the City of Heidelberg, was present with a joint booth.
The event was an excellent opportunity to showcase the vibrant life sciences ecosystem in Heidelberg – from top-tier research institutions and innovative startups to established companies and a strong support network. The booth served as a hub for engaging conversations with industry experts, potential partners, and founders.
“It was great to see the high level of interest in Heidelberg as a biotech location,” the Technology Park team noted. “The DBT clearly demonstrated the value of close collaboration between science, business, and municipalities to foster innovation.”
