MRC Systems: High-tech from the Heidelberg backyard

The Rhein-Neckar-Zeitung reports about the Heidelberg company "MRC Systems", which celebrates its 25th birthday this year.

MRC Systems is a spin-off of the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), the University of Heidelberg and the University Hospital of Cologne. In 2003, the global corporation Siemens acquired the radiotherapy division of the company. However, the Heidelberg-based company was able to quickly realign MRC Systems with new products such as a video camera that can be used in magnetic resonance tomographs or systems for the alignment and stabilization of laser beams.
