LAB22 is a state-of-the-art laboratory and office building from the Heidelberg Technology Park located at the hip (Heidelberg Innovation Park), specifically designed for medium-sized companies in the fields of life sciences, biotechnology, IT, and artificial intelligence. Starting from the first quarter of 2024, rental units from 160 m² will be available, customizable to individual needs.

The building is divided into two areas: The eastern part houses the already rented WetLabs and coworking spaces, operated by BioLabs Heidelberg, offering young companies fully equipped laboratory workspaces and a supportive infrastructure. The western part provides independent and flexibly designed laboratory and office spaces for medium-sized enterprises.
Located in the Heidelberg Innovation Park (hip), LAB22 offers excellent access to Heidelberg's main train station and the highway. The campus atmosphere fosters collaboration between industry, research, and business, providing an inspiring environment for innovative projects.
